What packaging do you use?

Your painting will be carefully packaged using card and paper tape, not plastic.

How much is postage?

The cost of postage and packing is included in the price you pay for the picture, so you will not have extra charges added at checkout.

How long will it take to ship my order ?

I will always endeavour to get orders packed and posted within 48 hours. However, I’m a one-woman outfit, and things happen! If I’m away there will inevitably be a delay; and if you order at a weekend it won’t be sent before Monday. If your order is particularly urgent (a last-minute birthday present, or an anniversary you nearly forgot…) please say so when you place the order.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Since Brexit, shipping internationally has become a bit of a minefield, as far as I can see. So, at the moment, I ship only to the UK, although this may change in the future.

What is your return policy? 

In line with UK law, you have 14 days to return any painting that you are not happy with. Use the contact form to start the process off.

You will need to pay for return shipping unless your painting was damaged on its way to you.

Please think carefully before buying, as returning anything adds to our joint carbon footprint. Sizes are given on the website (sometimes in inches, sometimes in cms according to the specification of the canvas).
